All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery typically within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
- Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your medical apparel. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these guidelines:
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Request must be made within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must still be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments, face masks, or any opened accessory items. All clearance items marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return/Exchange Process

- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days.
- Package your items – Securely pack the items with original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.

- Track your return – Retain your proof of postage until your return is processed.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
